A: The selection of pneumatic rubber fenders is based on the requirement of energy absorption. Energy Absoprtion of a fender depends on the diameter, length and initial pressure. Pneumatic rubbers fenders can be selected and ordered as per your previous sizes and quantity. In case of buying new fenders for a new vessel or a new project, you need provide us with following information so that we can figure out the suitable sizes and quantity for the vessel or projects.

Q2. How long is the lead time of an order?

A: Usually we finish the production of a normal order within 15 days. The lead time of special orders with large quantity or urgent delivery requirement should be confirmed before order confirmation.

Q3. Do you supply to replace a new chain-tyre net and repair material and tools and teach us how to repair?

We can specially supply to replace chain-tyre-net for fenders. As per customer’s request, we would like to supply repair meterial: rubber plates and repair tools: auto heater. We would like to send complete videos on airbag repair to customers for them to learn.

Q4. What is the after-sale service?

We carry out the Three Guarantees for repair, replacement and compensation of faulty fenders within warranty period.
